Individual Psychotherapy
Every person lives in a mental, emotional, and physiological world that is highly unique and particular to them. My approach in therapy is to offer my client the complete freedom and safety to explore this world they live in. I aim to be a sensitive companion in this journey of exploration of the client, deeply interested in understanding their world, so that together we may move towards insights, perspectives, and ideas that help my client reach their goals.
In this journey together, if the client feels the need for very specific and active work on solving particular issues of distress, I employ an advanced form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called T.E.A.M CBT to help the client in this regard. This is a powerful active form of therapy with proven results.

Group Therapy
Group therapy has been shown to be an excellent setting for personal growth, connection, emotional processing, and for recognising the universality of the human condition. On the foundational concepts of Person-Centred Encounter Groups and the work of David Burns, group therapy sessions at Solely You aim to provide a virtual/in-person environment of mutual respect, warmth, caring, safety, and attentiveness.
